Having an eye injury needing retina surgery (vitrectomy) is serious and needs the utmost care. We understand that this can be a difficult time for you and your family. We would like to assist by providing a local face down chair rental service.

WE OFFER FREE LOCAL* DELIVERY AND CUSTOM SETUP OF YOUR CHAIR!

Our chairs are very comfortable and can handle all shapes and sizes.  Most parts are adjustable, including the seat, knees, chest, and the face area. We also offer face down equipment that allow you to lie down.

The BASIC option includes the face down chair and a mirror that enables you to look ahead.  You can also purchase add-ons to the basic package. (*Add-ons cannot be ordered alone. They require purchase of basic package.) These add-ons include a face down table, a face down attachment to your own bed, and a 7 inch portable monitor. The monitor connects to your TV source and allows you to watch TV face down.

We will deliver and set up your equipment at NO CHARGE as long as you are in Bakersfield or Los Angeles City. We can also meet you at a mutually agreed location.  Outside of Bakersfield and Los Angeles will incur additional charges, depending on the location. Discounted delivery available for Santa Barbara.

Please note that we DO NOT bill or charge insurance. All rental equipment services are charged to the patient and are due at the time of services unless other arrangements have been made. The patient is responsible for filing all claim documentation with his or her insurance provider. We will provide the necessary paperwork for filing such a claim. Please also note that Medicare & Medicaid DO NOT cover the cost of facedown vitrectomy equipment rental.
